Youth Day Hunt on September 27, 2014 was a tremendous success! These young hunters really got it right this year. Their smiles said it all!
We will be open on Saturday, October 4, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We wouldn't think about missing the first few deer of these season coming in! The door will remain open and hunters feel free to come in and hang your deer in the walk-in cooler. Remember, you MUST fill out one of our check in forms found on clipboards next to the cooler door.
For bow season: We are NOT in the shop full time yet (not until Black Powder season). We will be found there during the week processing deer as they come in. However, the door will be open for you to bring in deer from 10:00 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. After 7:30 p.m., please fee free to use the drop box located to the right of the meatshop (if you are facing the door to the meatshop). There is a sign on the outside of the box. Again, please be sure to fill out one of our forms, including cut instructions, but most importantly, a phone number.
Don't forget, we offer a variety of specialty meats, i.e., hot dogs, cheese dogs, bologna, sausages prepared especially for our shop! Please be sure to ask someone for details!
